38th Australian National Prayer Breakfast

Save the Date: 26 Oct 2026

The Great Hall of Parliament House, Canberra

This October, Christians from every corner of the country will unite in a powerful national expression of faith, hope and prayer at the Australian National Prayer Breakfast.

Christians from across Australia are being invited to gather for prayer and reflection at the 38th Australian National Prayer Breakfast, to be held on Monday, 26 October 2026 in The Great Hall of Parliament House, Canberra.

Hosted by Mr David Smith MP and Mr Henry Pike MP, the National Prayer Breakfast has become one of Australia’s most enduring expressions of public faith, bringing together leaders and communities from across political, cultural and denominational lines to pray for the nation and its future.

The program combines a generous breakfast with contributions from parliamentarians, community leaders and students. Guests can look forward to reflections from elected representatives, a keynote address, community-led prayers and special guest performances, all designed to move the gathering from conversation into a shared act of prayer for Australia’s leaders and communities.

Registration is required and places are released ahead of the annual Breakfast. Speaker details, registration dates and stories from previous gatherings will be released in the months ahead.

To stay informed about speaker announcements, bookings and event updates, visit the National Prayer Breakfast website and subscribe for updates.
