Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ in Quaama/ Cobargo/Bermagui parish,
Thank you, Alan and Fiona, for this account of the church building, 1907-2019, and noting that you and your other parishioners and your minister are the church, not the building, much as we love buildings built, consecrated and used for the glory of God. Your church features on the 2020 Anglican Calendar, which I have ordered, poignantly showing both the building and the burnt site. Last winter, God blessed my wife and me on our annual holiday driving a campervan on a trip that included your community. We pray, "Lord God our Father, grant Your loving grace and blessing to all in the Quaama/Cobargo/Bermagui parish, grieving for the loss of their lovely church building, yet celebrating Your blessings to them through the suffering and recovery. Fill them with all joy and peace as they believe in You, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
